FAQ

Questions, answered

The things people ask before their first search.

Which games does PeakRank cover?

Eleven games have full profiles and leaderboards today: League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, Counter-Strike 2, Valorant, Dota 2, PUBG, Overwatch 2, Deadlock, Brawl Stars, Clash Royale and Clash of Clans.

Is PeakRank free?

Yes. Every profile, match history and leaderboard is free to look up, and you never need an account.

How do I find my Riot ID?

Your Riot ID is your name plus a tag, like Hollow Pine#EUW. In the League of Legends or TFT client, hover over your name at the top right to see it, then pick the server you play on.

My profile has no stats. What can I do?

Some games only share stats that players make public. CS2: in Steam, open Edit Profile, then Privacy Settings, and set Game details to Public. Dota 2: turn on Expose Public Match Data in the game's settings (Options, then Social). Overwatch 2: set Career Profile Visibility to Public (Options, then Social). New stats can take a little while to appear.

Why isn't my CS2 Premier rank showing?

Valve doesn't share CS2 ranks through an official API, so Premier and Competitive ranks come from Leetify. If Leetify has no data for an account, the rank isn't shown, but FACEIT and Steam lifetime stats still are.

Why is a Valorant profile private?

Riot only lets sites show a player's Valorant matches after that player links their Riot account on the site. Until then the profile is private everywhere. Valorant leaderboards and rank cut-offs are public and work for everyone.

Where do the numbers come from, and are they changed?

From each game's official API where one exists (Riot, Valve, Supercell, KRAFTON, FACEIT) and from open community services where it doesn't. PeakRank shows them as reported and adds charts and comparisons, such as how you compare with players at your rank. It never edits a number.

Is it safe to search my name?

Yes. You never sign in or give a password to look someone up, and PeakRank only shows data that the game or the player makes public. You can ask for your profile to be removed at any time.

How often do stats update?

Profiles load fresh data from each game's servers when you open them and refresh every few minutes. Leaderboards update about once an hour.

How does rank history work?

Each time a profile is opened on PeakRank, its current rank is saved. Over time those saves become a chart of the climb, so the more often a profile is checked, the more detailed the history gets.

Can I remove my profile?

Yes. Use the Remove my profile page, linked at the bottom of every page, and PeakRank stops tracking and showing your profile.
