What a CS2 profile shows

Every profile is built from official match data, refreshed when you ask for it.

Premier CS Rating, tier by tier

Premier is Counter-Strike 2’s main ranked mode. Instead of the old skill groups, every player gets a CS Rating, a number that rises with wins and falls with losses. The plate around the number changes colour every 5,000 points.

The rating appears after ten Premier wins. Competitive mode still uses the eighteen skill groups, from Silver I to The Global Elite, and keeps a separate rank on every map. A PeakRank profile shows both, plus your last Premier games as a climb chart.

About the CS2 tracker

Valve publishes very little about Counter-Strike 2 players, so a PeakRank profile joins three sources. Leetify supplies Premier and Competitive ranks, recent matchmaking games, scoreboards and its Aim, Positioning and Utility scores. FACEIT supplies level, Elo, match history, clutches and map stats for players who queue there. Steam supplies lifetime totals like kills, headshots and accuracy with every weapon.

Paste any Steam profile link or type a FACEIT nickname. PeakRank works out which account you mean, links the three sides together and puts the map pool, aim and form into one page. You never have to sign in.

Counter-Strike 2 is a trademark of Valve Corporation. PeakRank is independent and isn’t endorsed by Valve, FACEIT or Leetify.

Questions

Where do Premier and Competitive ranks come from?

Valve doesn't publish Premier ratings or match history through its API, so PeakRank shows them from Leetify, exactly as Leetify reports them. If Leetify has no data for a player yet, the profile still shows FACEIT and Steam's lifetime stats.

What is a good Premier rating?

Ratings are grouped into colour tiers every 5,000 points: grey, light blue, blue, purple, pink, red, and gold from 30,000. Your rating moves up with wins and down with losses, so the best measure is your own climb: every profile charts your last Premier games and shows how far you are from the next colour.

Where do the Aim, Positioning and Utility scores come from?

They are Leetify's own scores, built from the matches Leetify has processed. PeakRank shows them as Leetify returns them, without rescaling, and links to the player's Leetify profile.

How is the map pool's pick and veto chosen?

The pick is the map with the best win rate over at least 10 games, using the last 100 games when there are enough, otherwise FACEIT's lifetime record. The veto is the worst one on the same rule. The basis is shown next to each.

How does the account check decide an account is new?

It only lists public facts: Steam account age, first match on Leetify, CS2 hours, matches on record and bans. Accounts under a year old or under 300 hours with few matches are called new. That is not a cheating or smurf verdict: most new accounts are new players.

Why are my lifetime stats missing?

Steam only shares lifetime CS2 stats when a profile's game details are public. In Steam, open Edit Profile, then Privacy Settings, set Game details to Public, then update your PeakRank profile.

How often are stats updated?

Profiles keep data for a few minutes so pages load fast. Press Update profile on any profile to pull the latest matches. You can do that once a minute.

How is the leaderboard built?

It's the top 10 of FACEIT's CS2 ranking for each region, by Elo, refreshed about every hour. Valve no longer publishes its Premier leaderboards through an API.

Is PeakRank part of Valve, FACEIT or Leetify?

No. PeakRank is an independent site and isn't endorsed by Valve, FACEIT or Leetify.
